TERM OF SERVICEBy commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I. GENERAL TERMS- You are only buying a digital file, not printed art.
- I have the right to decline your order if I feel like I am unable to fulfill your expectations.
- The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied nor used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.
- The prices you see are just the base. They may change depending on the complexity of the commission.II. PAYMENTThe payment is made through Paypal invoice. Please specify in the commission form if paypal is not possible with you and you would prefer Stripe.
- Prices are in EURO.
- Payment is in advance.III. PROCESS
- The commission will be started only after the full payment has been made.
- Personal commissions are being drawn in the same order they were ordered at.
- You will receive a draft sketch for approval. Afterward, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. Please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved I will proceed to finish the artwork.
- Work in progress might be given as well if I, the artist, wonder something about the commission.
- Sketches, drafts, or work in progress updates and revisions will not be offered for the 'Surprise Me / skeb' & YCH services.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 5 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified as soon as possible.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.- Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.- If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY- You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. I claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork.
- You are not allowed to alter / edit the artwork without my consent.
- If you post/use the commissioned artwork anywhere, please credit me by tagging me. (@lilych33 / lilytakao)I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.
- Post the commission online, unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.The commissioners are allowed to:
- Use the commissioned artwork for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.
- Use the commissioned artwork for any monetized content (starting screen, twitch panel, alert, etc).
- You may print the commissioned artwork for your personal use (single copy).
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The commissioners are not allowed to:
- Edit, trace, modify, or copy any commissioned art, nor claim it as your own work.
- Use any commissioned art in AI model training/NFTs.
- Use any commissioned art in relation to any conceivably political/socially charged context.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without consulting the artist. (Meaning making money of it in any way without permission)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist's consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY- You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
- You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.
- The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).
- If I am suddenly unable to continue your order, I will provide a full refund.By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service.
